Hạ Long

Hạ Long City is a jumping-off point for Hạ Long Bay, a broad inlet of dramatic, often mist-covered limestone islands, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Traditional junk-style boats are a common sight, transporting travellers to the islands of Cát Bà, Tuần Châu, or Dau Go.
