Inner city buses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh have extensive city bus networks. The buses are cheap and frequent but can be very crowded.

If driving a motorbike is not for you, motorbike taxis and taxis are another option. Uber and Grab are popular in Hanoi and HCMC due to the lower prices and overall convenience.
